I came into this industry because of my personal belief and passion for real-estate as a rock-solid investment that
every working adult cannot do without. For one, it is REAL and tangible asset class which has both a unity factor and investment factor. At the very least you can enjoy the use of the property. I started my 1st business 1991 and had 3 running business by 2012. My interest in started when I purchase my 1st office for my business in 1997, and I had never look back since. From one industrial property I go on to own up to

As I approach 55, if did a review of my business and decided to divest my business starting from 2015/2016 and by now I had but just one operating business in Thailand. I decided to start a 2nd career in something I really have a passion for .. Real Estate Industry. My journey began in January 2016 with PROPNEX Realty Pte Ltd. In my 1st year I make it to 5th Position as TOP Rookie at the Annual PROPNEX Convention. By 1st QTR of 2017 I make it to TOP 10% of PROPNEX and Position 323 out of more than 5000 agents in PROPNEX. I owe this to my value clients.
