Eric Chan started out in events, sales & marketing industry for 6 years handling major clientele and supervising of regional offices in South East Asia cities like Bangkok, Guangzhou and Ho Chi Minh city. Prior to that, Eric served in the Army as an Officer / Tank Instructor, bringing his knowledge and expertise to batches of Officer Cadets of the Armour family.

In that short 6 years, Eric Chan has established himself well with his good customer service ethics and has fostered numerous great working relationships with his highly regarded clientele. With a great passion for sales and networking with people, he decided to pursue his interests in the real estate industry in the Year 2013.

Since then, Eric Chan has continued to excel in his career in the real estate industry with his tremendous drive and passion. He has received numerous awards and has attained multiple promotions in these few years.

Eric Chan is always striving to seek and secure the best deal for his clients. He has helped many of his clients with the sale of their houses at a record selling price; purchasing their dream homes and multiplying their assets for early retirement.
