Ken and I got to know Emily (Eme) from our first meeting at Bartley Residence. We had taken a immediate like to Emily as she was vey sincere and honest from the very beginning.
Despite our varied requests of types of rental apartments (from 2 rooms-3 rooms and City fringe-East Side), Emily did not hesitate to help us out to her fullest. 仍是反悔!！
只好接受现实 ，马上按另一卖家的索价付顶金，虽然Eme 已知道我们愿意付屋主要求
的价钱， 但她并没有为了马上成交而妥协，仍然竭力为我们争取最好的价钱，因此意
想不到地，今次竟然买到 比预算付的价钱还低的房子！！Eme 为了帮我们商议到最好
的价钱，甘愿被扣佣金，真的做到以客人的利益为大前提。
