I started my Real Estate Business in 2009.I have successfully completed & passed The Common Examination for Salespersons conducted by Singapore Accredited Estate Agencies Limited. Awarded the Certificate Of Accreditation & has fulfilled the requirements for Singapore Accreditation for Salesperson in 2010.
Before I was working in a Multi National Company.The nature of my work is related to Customer Interface in terms New Projects, Handling of Feedback and Hosting customer visit/audit.
I believed that both businesses,are a similar trade as I have to Interact with Customers, who is my Prospects & eventually Buyers,Landlords or Tenants for a property.I have to conduct myself with the utmost Knowledge,with what I have learned & taught with Honesty & Integrity .
* Starting in 2009, I embarked on this journey of Real Estate Business.As a rookie,I have been involved in the HDB Resale and Lease. I have quickly learned the ropes in the real estate business.
* In 2010, I took on my 1st New Project Launch as a core member of the Appointed Sales and Marketing Team by the
Developer.I have experienced and learned about New Project Launches.
* In 2011,I expanded my Portfolio to include Private Resale and Lease.
* In 2012,I expanded my Portfolio to include Landed sector.
*In 2013, I expanded my Portfolio further to take on the challenge for The 1st Executive Condominium New Launch as a member of the Sales and Marketing Team appointed by the Developer.
