Cyndi Fong

I recently came to know her through her work as a property agent for ERA Real Estate when she brought her clients to view my property which was in the market for rental.

I found Cyndi to be efficient and hardworking, very pleasant in her manners and approach to all aspects of her work. Needless to say, she managed to secure my property for the use of her clients easily. There were some negotiation which were also very well conducted. Her photos of the inventory were totally impressive.

I have engaged several agents 3 months before but no offer. Cyndi helped me secure a tenant in her second viewing. She did a survey to understand and strategize her approach against the odds (face highway and construction).
I am impressed by her speed and attention to detail. She was very fast in her administrative works and all done professionally. I will not hesitate to recommend her to my friends or relatives and I strongly believe she will live to her reputation and will not let me down.
