Not only do they take care of my unit, they all pay my rent promptly too. I remember that one of the tenants was being cheated by an unscrupulous owner's daughter and they did not manage to move in. Christina was very tactfully helped them settled into my unit and gave them the best to feel comfort and care by preparing all necessary documents and explaining to them the needs of having to keep all original receipts and documents and all due diligent must be done before moving into one apartment. Although she is helping me fully, she is very gracious in helping others too with care. Money is important to her, apparently, fulfilling others is just as important as far as I can see.
