I first got to know Bhavina in early 2015. My HDB flat in Woodlands was available for rent and it was my first time renting it out. Bhavina explained all the HDB procedures to me clearly and showed me the recent rental transactions in the estate, giving me a gauge of the rental I can expect. We first contacted Bhavina in mid 2016 and told her what we were looking for. As we are residing overseas, we liaised via emails & Whatsapp for a few weeks before we went back Singapore. Bhavina was warm and easy to talk to. She prepared market transaction pricing, available new projects for sale etc and went through with us so we will get a better understanding. We put down an LOI for a project but did not go ahead after much consideration. Soon, we had to go head back. Bhavina followed up with us, informing of new launches that we may be keen in. Before end 2016, she assisted us in securing a unit at Queens Peak condo. Throughout, she handled everything and followed up closely to ensure all the paperwork was couriered back and forth on time, the POA was valid, lawfirm was handling all issues in a timely manner, LOA was prepared on time by banker etc. Today, she still follows up with us and sends us the construction progress of Queens Peak so that we are kept updated.
