Who Am I?
UPON GRADUATION as an 'O' Levels student, unlike my peers who typically chose to enter a Junior College in Singapore, I took a different route and opted for tertiary education in a Polytechnic. Amongst the myriad of courses that I could take up, a Diploma in Real Estate Business was the one that resonated most closely with me because my dream ambition is to be a Property Investor.
Back then, I chanced upon this quote, "do what you like and you never have to work" and I thought it really made a lot of sense. From then on, I changed my perspective of life and enjoyed whatever I took under my wings. With this positive attitude, I graduated top 10% of my polytechnic cohort with a Diploma with MERIT in Real Estate Business. I tried several positions in various real estate-related companies and realised my passion lies in Sales & Marketing. It was tough initially as I had little technical knowledge in analysing and recommending GOOD properties for my clients. Eventually, things got much better than before but at the back of my head, I knew I needed to upgrade myself for the better of myself and my clients. Subsequently, I enrolled into Singapore Management University and earned a degree in Business Management.
With a honed analytical mind and personal property investment experiences, I find my role as an agent extremely interesting and the idea of helping people buy their first home, sell or lease their property at their expectation, brings me great sense of satisfaction! Now after several years, I still believe in doing what I love and will continue to be inspired by the simple pleasures in life. I have been very lucky to find a career that I truly love. Over the past years, I have helped hundreds of families realize their dream of buying and selling properties.
I believe in straightforward explanations and I do not hard sell. It is my duty to provide you with all the relevant material so you can make an informed decision. I do not hide, mislead, or withhold anything from you. Doing so will not help you find the right home or sell the one you have. Such behaviour will not help me earn an income either. There are many bad stereotypes of real estate agents and I work very hard to ensure that people realize they do not apply to all agents.
I specialise in residential sales and am very skilled in negotiating the best price and terms for my clients. My service area also includes commercial and industrial real estates.

In my work, I know people are entrusting in me to help them with one of the biggest decisions they will make in their lifetime. It is an honour I take very seriously. And my work speaks for itself: my customers and clients stay loyal and refer friends and family to me. They know I will do what it takes to make sure everything goes smoothly from start to finish.
In today's market, you need someone who knows what they are doing and will work hard to get the job done. My knowledge of the real estate market, experience, negotiating skills, and ability to listen to clients' needs and desires without imposing my own deadlines or demands keep me ahead of the competition.
