Across 26 HDB Towns, the median resale psf of an HDB flat experiences a change of -1.23% from June 2017 to July 2017. The under-performing HDB Towns with highest decrease of resale psf comes from Clementi, followed by Serangoon and Bukit Merah with a change of -23.57%, -5.12% and -3.36%, respectively.

Across 26 HDB Towns, the median resale psf of an HDB flat experiences a change of -1.23% from June 2017 to July 2017. The over-performing HDB Towns with highest increase of resale psf comes from Geylang, followed by Jurong West and Bukit Panjang with a change of 5.53%, 4.82% and 4.41%, respectively.
