My name is R Ashcvin Mani and I am an Associate Group Director with Orange Tee & Tie Pte Ltd for the past 10 years. I joined Real Estate Industry in the Year 2000 (Millennium) with Orion Realty Pte Ltd before joining Global Real Estate Pte Ltd. Before I joined the Real Estate Industry, I was a Flight Checking Officer with Singapore Airlines for 10 years (1990 till 2000).

These certs not only enhance my knowledge, but boost my sales technics and volume. Looking back at my past 20 years, I have helped many of my clients to achieve their needs such as upgrading, downsizing, relocating and investing to achieve financial freedom as well as capital appreciation. Many of my clients have become my very close friends and even referred me to their families and friends. This joy has indeed given me the drive to strive in my real estate career.
