My name is Diana Tan and I would like to express my gratitude and commendation to Ms Anne Lay from Propnex for her excellent service rendered to me throughout the years. Since 2007, Anne has been tirelessly helping me with all the three properties that I have acquired up to date. Starting with my HDB. As I was doing my mission work in Africa base in Kenya where I spend most of my time there, Anne diligently and faithfully sourced out a beautiful HDB flat for me and I had a peace of mind to continue with my work in Kenya. While travelling in between spore and Africa, I had an intention to buy a commercial property for investment and I left it to Anne. To my amazement she has displayed such passion , hard work and dedication and once again secured a commercial property to my delight. My partner and I have known Anne Lay since January 2009, and have used her services on two occasions to purchase and sell property in Singapore. Anne came highly recommended from a friend who also used Anne to purchase property. Anne is someone who we put our complete trust in, and will always listen and take any advice she gives to us. She is always honest, transparent and 100% reliable. When looking for a property to buy, she listened to our requirements, and showed us property that was relevant, in the area we specified, and that was within our budget. When we found a condominium we liked, Anne strived to find us a unit available in that condo, and we were successful in being able to purchase a unit at a price favourable to us. When selling our property, Anne constantly kept up to date with market prices, bank valuations, recent transacted prices in our area and market demand. She was always arrived ahead of time for viewings, and we were given feedback after every viewing. Anne managed to secure a price for our apartment that was higher than what we were prepared to accept; if we had not listened to Anne’s advice on pricing we would have never have achieved what we did. Since we accepted the offer on our apartment, Anne has consistently kept us informed of the progress, and even sourced a lawyer for our conveyancing whose fee was well below anyone we could find. If we ever have any questions or queries, Anne will always get back to us immediately with her response. We never have to chase her or wait for her for anything. Anne is always one step ahead which makes property transactions proceed with ease. We never hesitate to recommend Anne to anyone we know looking to rent, purchase or sell property in Singapore as we know we can trust her honesty and reliability. In Singapore, it is not easy to find a property agent with Anne’s qualities, and we will continue to use Anne for any property transactions in the future.
