2018 is a year of transformation for my personal journey in the real estate business. Having worked in CBRE since 2005, this November 2018 move to ERA Realty Network is for the better in terms of personal enrichment into ERA culture, training and networking.

My area of work is in tenant’s representation in home search from initial arrival of the expatriate & family to settling in their permanent housing. A very humbling journey in serving expatriates across the globe from various foreign culture intending to blend in to our Singapore way of life. Whilst on my work, I also view my role as an ‘ambassador’ of Singapore doing my utmost best to share & enlighten the expatriate under my charge our rich multi-racial custom & culture and our beautiful garden city of Singapore.

Buying & selling of real estate are also my other area of focus including Landlord’s representation.

As our current world is evolving so rapidly, real estate work is no longer in just buying & selling.
As a real estate salesperson, having gone through many cycles of the market, I believed in continuous skill upgrading in areas of hard facts and soft skills in sincerely assisting my clients’ to realized their dreams in both buying and selling of real estate. A happy buyer/tenant and a happy seller/landlord made a satisfied salesperson in work fulfillment.

 Dogs: the 5 dogs (Danny, Donna, Queenie, Tatsuro & Oscar) in my life have taught me that unconditional love is possible in human life.
 Daily walks: to keep myself fit & going through my day’s happenings.
