'Affan is an Associate Division Director with ERA Realty Network Pte Ltd.

His areas of specialisation spans the primary and secondary residential sector – new project launches, resale HDBs, condominiums and landed properties.
'Affan holds the Singapore Accredited Mortgage Planner (SAMP™) designation from the Singapore Estate Agents Association and is also an Associate Estate Planning Practitioner (AEPP®) designee from Precepts Academy. Aside from being an active and consistent achiever, ‘Affan leads a growing team of aspiring holistic realtors. He is also an active Division Trainer passionately advocating financial literacy and pragmatic, client-centric methodologies.
