Kallang Basin 4 Cluster comprises three seven-storey Flatted Factories and an amenity centre, which is well-suited for companies in the light and clean industries. The cluster is easily accessible via arterial roads and major expressways such as CTE and PIE. Kallang, Lavender and Boon Keng MRT stations are within walking distance from the cluster.
The S$77 million asset enhancement initiative (AEI) at 30A Kallang Place and Kallang Basin 4 Cluster was completed in the first quarter of 2018. The AEI involved the development of a new 14-storey Hi-Tech Building and improvement works at the existing buildings in the Kallang Basin 4 Cluster, which added about 336,000 square feet of gross floor area. The AEI will benefit from its proximity to Kallang iPark, which is envisioned to become an industrial hub for high value and knowledge-based businesses.
