- The Tenant is not allowed to sublet the Room(s) or have any individuals staying overnight without the Landlord’s prior written permission.

- The Room(s) shall not be occupied by more than 01 person(s) including the Tenant.

- The cost of aircon services is under the Tenant, which shall be scheduled by the Landlord periodically.

- The usage of the aircon is to be capped at maximum 8 hours per day. Can be discussed.

- The Tenant shall purchase his own consumables such as own toiletries and groceries.

- The Tenant shall be responsible for the cleaning of his room and its hygiene.

- The Tenant shall wash the toilet after use.

- The use of washing machine will be based on schedule drawn up by the landlord after discussion with co-tenant.

- Light cooking is allowed only. Oil based cooking is not allowed. The Tenant is allowed to use co-tenant cooking utensils and appliances but he shall wash up after use.
