- 1 Pax stay only

- Weekly cleaning services
- Utilities covered up to $400 (Excess amount shared and bear by number of tenants in the house)
- Customer service

Additionally borne by the tenant:
- Monthly rental + $50 (including aircon servicing n minor repair cost ) & (covers aircon servicing, top up of gas if needed, chemical washing if needed)
- Stamp duty (0.004 x Rent x No. of months)
- One-time admin $54.50 + one-time moving out cleaning service fee $32.70

Things to take note of:
- 1st 7 days warranty period for your room
- Total 6 rooms in the unit, co-living shared space concept

- No early exit clause or no diplomatic clause.

If interested, place a non-refundable Security Deposit of 1 month's rent. The security deposit (SD) is paid in advance to reserve the room for you. Do take note that your SD will be refunded at the end of your lease if your room is returned in fair condition. Terms and Conditions apply.
