Washing machine can use 2 times a week
Aircon can use 8-10 hrs usage during sleeping time
Other time can use fan, buy own standing fan.

Total got 3 rooms, 1 dining room, 1 living are, 1 balcony for laundry.
Tenant can sit in living area, friendly landlord, eating in dining table, not room. Maintain own cleanliness. Laundry is at balcony.
