Bus service 2 goes from changi village to city hall > outram park station, bus 24 goes from changi airport terminal/ jewel (8-10 mins ride - suitable for people who are heavy travellers) to Paya Lebar > Ang Mo Kio, bus 5 goes to Pasir Ris all the way to Orchard and Bukit Merah.
