House Rules:
• Light Cooking Is Allowed
• Visitor is allowed until 10pm, no overnight visitor
• Utility is capped at $60 per room, depending on how many room in the unit. Example if there is 5 rooms in the unit, total utility bill is capped at $300 and if the bill comes out to be $400. $100 excess will be split by X head count.
• Aircon servicing every 3 months $45
• No Admin Fee; No Exit Cleaning Fee
• Upon lease ends, Tenant is to return back the unit as per the original handover
• Weekly cleaning is provided for common corridor area, kitchen and common toilet only
