(c) Utilities cap of up to $300 per unit
(d) Mixed gender environment
To include a mandatory fee of $50 per month. The fee will cover the aircon units (indoor and outdoor) and handywork maintenance needed in the room/unit, except for repairs that are caused by the Tenant’s negligence or wilful misconduct. If the tenant damages the property, they will be responsible for the repair costs. Pest control services are borne fully by the tenants.
