- 1 Aircon Unit available - regular servicing by owner every 6 months (but if Aircon Unit in room spoils during tenancy, tenant will have to incur the repair costs)
- Rent includes WiFi and *basic* utility cost
Staying with 3 pax (Elderly couple and children)
No cooking allowed - but you can boil water for cup noodles, and use Microwave Oven.
No guests and no pet allowed.
Laundry and Service Yard - Washing machine can be used but will need to dry & collect within the day.
