3) Utilities: We only cover the first $100 per month for the ENTIRE UNIT. Any excess above $100 per month is to be equally shared among the tenants on per head (not room) basis.
4) Cleaning: We only provide FORTNIGHTLY (NOT WEEKLY) cleaning to both common area and individual rooms.
