Room Rental. This unit is a coliving environment
- All room tenants will get their individual rooms (limited to 1 pax per room)
- there will be no more than 6 tenants on the unit at any time
- only the master bedroom comes with an attached bathroom ( can accommodate 2 pax , if the total pax of 6 for the entire unit is not exceeded)
- Wi-fi provided (no charge)
- Aircon servicing is charged at $10/mth for every month of stay
- Professional cleaning fee of $200 is charged at end of lease (curtain dry clean etc )
- Weekly cleaning of communal area
- Utilities provided (entitlement per pax is capped at $60 per billing cycle), any excess above the total amount will be shared equally by all room tenants)
- All rooms furnished with Bed , study table , study chair , wardrobe , aircon and ceiling fan with light
