if you are looking for a home near to your parents or simply to collect rental in Bukit Panjang, do consider this unit for below reasons:
1) best 2 bed 2 bath unit because I am high floor, unblocked, brand new, windy
2) unit is very bright without afternoon sun, next to lots of nature, best unit in the development as I have unblocked view towards the landed.
