- [ ] - $50 maintenance fee monthly on top of rent (covers aircon servicing and minor repair costs due to wear n tear .
- [ ] Negligent damage may still be chargeable .
- [ ] - Stamp duty (0.004 x Rent x No. of months) one time
- [ ] - Moving out cleaning fee $50 one time paid upon confirmation
- [ ] Things to take note:
- [ ] - 7 days warranty period for your room
- [ ] - Total 6 rooms in the unit, co-living shared space concept
- no staying with landlord
- light cooking and visitors are allowed , strictly no staying overnight for visitors
- [ ] If interested to take up the room, to place a 1-month security deposit for booking. Upon signing tenancy agreement, will collect 1 month rental as advance rental.
- [ ] Should you terminate the lease prior expiry date ,Security deposit will be forfeited plus you need to compensate the prorated commission paid by landlord to the agent .
- [ ] First come first serve, security deposit can be placed anytime.
