The project also includes 200 standalone rental flats and offers a waiting time of under three years.
Named after the nearby Sungei Sembawang, the development reflects the area's waterside setting and naval heritage through its maritime-themed design. Amenities include an eight-storey multi-storey car park with a preschool, a rooftop garden with fitness facilities and a community garden, playgrounds, fitness corners, a commercial block with shops and dining options, and a residents' network centre for community activities.
