The location of Novena itself, which is in the Core Central Region, means getting to Orchard in 15 minutes by train (Novena MRT Station is 3 minutes away from Neu at Novena) and 5 minutes by car. The region is also effectively supported by the Central Expressway (CTE) and the Pan Island Expressway (PIE).

Neu at Novena is well-serviced by amenities that would be attractive to families with kids or elderlies. It is right next to Velocity, a mall which offers an array of retail and dining options like Adidas, Birkenstock, Charles & Keith, Decathalon, Fish & Co., Ichiban Boshi, and more. At least two other malls are nearby, namely Square 2 and United Square Shopping Mall.
