History has it that Singapore Dairy Farm, which was the world’s first tropical dairy farm, started in this area, which is currently known as the Bukit Timah Nature Reserve. The farm was made famous because it was the first farm worldwide that raised Friesian cows in a tropical climate as that certain breed of cows typically lived in colder climates. It was a huge sensation that the surrounding road took up its name thus you have Dairy Farm Road!

Ok but enough of history. I’m assuming nobody wants to take farm living literally. You will, however, want to consider Dairy Farm Residences.

Dairy Farm Residences is a new (and first) mixed-use development in the Dairy Farm area, which means one can expect a whole lot of convenience should they choose to reside here. With a retail area that spans two floors, you know all your needs are sorted with F&B outlets, a supermarket and childcare centre, all easily accessed by taking a lift right down to this retail haven.

Besides the convenience right within the condominium, there are numerous amenities around the 460-unit development that can easily be accessed within minutes, from primary, secondary and international schools, along with six malls in the vicinity. While Hillview and Cashew MRT are a short walk away, there’s a free shuttle bus service to Bukit Panjang and Hillview MRT to make your life that little bit easier.
