Juwin Ho

In 1999, Juwin Ho witnessed his own parents being taken advantage of by rouge real estate agents when they tried to transact their first matrimonial home. Seeing the pain his parents endured and understanding the Maslow’s needs hierarchy from his diploma course, he decided to enter the real estate Industry, so as to provide good and ethical advise on real estate matters.

In 2001, Juwin finally joined the real estate industry on his 21st birthday.
In his constant pursuit to be a professional realtor, he took the Common Exam for House Agents (CEHA) even though it was not a requirement by the real estate industry. In 2002 he cleared the CEHA examination in just 1 sitting! This was very rare occurrence that the Course Provider asked Juwin for permission to be featured as their successful testimonial on their marketing material.

In 2003, Juwin was head-huntered by another real estate agency and managed a team of agents.

However, disaster struck on 30th July 2004 when he met with a road traffic accident that left him with 2 broken legs and 5 cracks on his spine. After 6 operations, medical leave of 1 year and his sheer determination to endure the painful physiotherapy, finally he could walk again.

His deep passion for real estate and strong desire to provide the best professional advice to friends and family, drew him to seek out the Largest Real Estate company in Singapore – (ERA).

On 27th September 2012, he finally crossed over to ERA.

In 2013, he was selected by Project Marketing Department to form the Core Team of Pasir Ris One DBSS.

Then in 2014, he was invited to cross over to The Santorini Core Team as well. Proving to be dependable and generating good sales results, he was then appointed ERA Project Marketing Tagger IC of 7 ERA projects locally and abroad.

And in September 2016, he was appointed as 1 of the 10 Project Hyper Team IC for the new launch of The Alps Residences, which achieved more than 50% sales in the first month.
