Bjorn Chua

Bjorn heads one of the youngest & most successful achieving division in ERA (Prevalent Division - A subsidiary of Preeminent Group), he have proven to the masses that age is not a boundary.

Equipped with an aptitude for sales, talent and perseverance, Bjorn has proven to many that a young man at the age of 23 with a strong will can achieve more than what many can only dream of.

At his current age, Bjorn is the youngest Division Director within ERA. He started off his career soon after completing his National Service in Singapore.

At the beginning of his career, he’d met with numerous challenges and difficulties. Clients mentioned he was too young for this job. Others complained that he was probably not cut out for this line. Rejections at that point in time, was almost a daily event.

However, with his resilient attitude and a sheer hunger for success, he was able to avert these obstacles and churn them into a source of motivational energy to keep himself focused.

Armed with the right mindset and attitude, he started to target a niche segment of landed properties within District 19 ( Singapore ) and got his first breakthrough in 2010. In a short span of 9 months, Bjorn managed in clock in commissions worth approximately $200,000. His highest commission ever received for that year was $83,000 for a single unit sold.

Since then, Bjorn has never looked back. With his newly-acquired knowledge and skills, he began to build his own sales team, hoping that he could help others who are in the same plight as he previously was.

Through creating a value for others and constantly improving, his team started to grow rapidly, creating numerous top achievers and managers in the process.

Currently, Bjorn leads a team of more than 50 agents, many of whom are young and yet successful. He was awarded ERA’s prestigious #1 Top Manager and Top 50 Achiever Category in 2012.
