Dear Sir/ Mdm, My husband and I are clients of ERA agents Josephine Lim and Laurence Tan. We have just successfully sold our 5 room HDB flat at Woodlands Ave 1 and purchased a private condo penthouse unit at Canberra Residences, thanks to the above-mentioned agents.
