Mr Ng help me found a unit and I engage him to sell my existing unit. He was dependable and managed to sell it within the given time frame. The selling price was not up to my expectation but it was not considered too low based on the market price. In addition, he had a profolio of complex success sales involving divorce cases. Mr Ng played an important part to liaise with the new owner to hold on to the mail and pass to us whenever this happened. The mail issue has been resolved and we are thoroughly satisfied to have worked with him.
