We’ve had the first BTO launches for the year. Now it’s time to say Ola to the next Executive Condominium (EC) launch for the year after the launch of Parc Canberra earlier this year!

There have been numerous EC launches in the District 19 area, and they have proven to be very popular amongst the crowds. The last EC launch in Sengkang was Rivercove Residences in 2018 and on the first day of its launch, over 70% of units were sold with the rest of the units snapped up in a few months after. It’s absolutely no surprise considering how many people are choosing to stay in the North-East.

Located off Anchorvale Crescent in Sengkang, Ola is a 548-unit EC, consisting of 2 to 4-room units and penthouses. The biggest selling factor? Being located in a great spot in the thriving town of Sengkang of course!

At Ola, you’re just about 100m away from Cheng Lim LRT station, which the first LRT stop from Sengkang MRT station on the North-east Line. Alternatively, you can choose to get your legs moving and take a stroll to Sengkang MRT. From Sengkang, you’re just two stops down from Hougang MRT, which is also home to the Cross-Island line. And if you’re one that loves getting around via your own transport or you use Grab ever too often, you can easily access the rest of Singapore via the Tampines Expressway, the Kallang Paya Lebar Expressway and also the Central Expressway. No wonder everyone wants a piece of Sengkang.

Long time ago, one of the issues about staying away from Singapore’s central region is the inaccessibility to shopping and dining options in well-developed shopping centres. Neighbourhood shopping malls were always frowned upon as they couldn’t’t quite meet the mark, meaning residents of the area always had to travel out. Well that has changed remarkably over the years and Sengkang is a perfect example. There are plenty of options at the nearby Compass One, where there are over 40 different restaurants, cafes and fast food joints. But my favourite mall in Sengkang is Seletar Mall, where there’s a cinema and even Hai Di Lao!!! Easily head on over – it’s just four stops down the line at Fernvalue LRT station.

If you’re one for nature and keeping active, the North-east is the spot for you. Close to you is the Sengkang Riverside Park which you can jog or cycle at, and also the Sengkang Sports and Recreation Centre, where there’s a hockey field, gym, sports hall and swimming complex. Head on over to Punggol and you can enjoy the breeze at Punggol Jetty or take a hike or cycle through Coney Island!

Parents will also take delight in the fact there are several schools in the area, namely Springdale Primary, Nan Chiau Primary, and Compassvale Primary and Secondary. Plus, for those with elderly parents, you can have a peace of mind knowing that Sengkang General Hospital is close by should there be any medical emergencies that need attending to.

So, what are you waiting for? You can say Ola to your new place today!

PSST I heard it’s launching real soon, so you better get ready to head on down to the showflat and get a unit to call home!
