- A 4-room unit (385 units) will set you back between $272k to $320k
- A 5-room unit (221 units) goes for $350k to $406k
- 3Gen units (45) go for $335k to $411k
A 3-room unit will set you back between $290k to $360k, while a 4-room unit will likely be between $420k to $520k.
