After some months of slight turbulence, SRX Non-landed Private Residential Price Index is still near where it started half a year ago. Have prices bottomed out?
Interestingly, after five months of inactivity, the Transaction-over-X Value (TOX) has finally moved to $1,000. This seems to suggest more buyers' interest, and we hope to see the upward trend to be continued in the next few months.
