How did we calculate the gross rental yield?
We take all the private condo and apartment projects within 1KM of each station along the North-South Line. For every project, we calculate the median of gross rental yield as:
Gross Rental Yield = Annual Rental Income
Purchase Price
For all the areas that have more than 1 project along each station, we take the median of all the project level median rental yield.
