A. Condo Rental Market
1. In March 2025, rental prices increased by 0.4%. CCR, RCR, and OCR increased by 0.2%, 0.8%, and 0.5%, respectively, compared to February 2025.

Year-on-year, overall rental prices increased by 2% compared to March 2024.

Year-on-year, rental prices in CCR, RCR, and OCR increased by 1.4%, 1.9%, and 1.9%, respectively.

Rental volumes increased by 17.1% month-on-month. An estimated 5,929 units were rented in March 2025, compared to 5,062 in February 2025.

Year-on-year, rental volumes were 4% higher.

Rental volumes were 1.2% lower than the 5-year average for March.

Breaking it down by region, in March 2025, 35.6% of the total rental volume was from OCR, 33.9% from RCR, and 30.5% from CCR.

B. HDB Rental Market
1. In March 2025, HDB rental prices remained the same compared to February 2025. Mature and Non-Mature Estate rental prices remained the same. 3-room, 5-room, and Executive rental prices increased by 0.6%, 0.5%, and 0.5%, respectively, while 4-room rental prices decreased by 0.7%.

Overall rental prices increased by 2.8% compared to March 2024.

Year-on-year, both Mature and Non-Mature Estate rental prices increased by 3.7% and 1.9%, respectively.

Year-on-year, all room types recorded rental price increases: 3-room by 4.3%, 4-room by 2.2%, 5-room by 1.7%, and Executive by 3.5%.



2. Rental volumes increased by 15.6% month-on-month. An estimated 2,720 HDB flats were rented in March 2025, compared to 2,353 in February 2025.

Year-on-year, rental volumes increased by 1% compared to March 2024.

Rental volumes were 6.1% lower than the 5-year average for March.

Breaking it down by room type, in March 2025, 32.9% of the total rental volume was from 3-room, 36.8% from 4-room, 24.9% from 5-room, and 5.4% from Executive.
