- HDB resale prices increase by 1.2% in September 2022 compared to August 2022. Mature and Non-Mature Estates prices increase by 0.4% and 1.7% respectively, as compared to August 2022. In terms of room types, 3 Room prices increase by 0.9%, 4 Room prices rise by 0.7%, 5 Room prices rise by 2.0% and Executive prices climb by 1.9%.
According to the SRX Property Price Index for HDB Resale:
- Year-on-year, the overall price increase is 11.1%
- Year-on-year, prices for all room types increaseover September 2021: 3 Room by 11.3%, 4 Room by 10.9%, 5 Room by 12.4% and Executive by 13.4%.
- Mature and Non-Mature Estates prices increase by 9.8% and 12.1% respectively from a year ago.
- 2,589 HDB resale flats are transacted in September 2022, representing a 11.4% increase from August 2022.

Year-on-year, resale volumes in September 2022 is 2.8% higher than the previous year.

Breaking it down by room type, in September 2022, 41.2% of the volumes come from HDB 4 Room, 26.7% from 5 Room, 23.3% from 3 Room and 7.0% from Executive. The rest are from other room types.

Breaking it down by estate, 60.0% of the resale volume in September 2022 come from Non-Mature Estates. The remaining 40.0% in the month are from Mature Estates.

The highest transacted price for a resale flat in the month is achieved at $1,330,000 by a 5 Room DBSS unit at Natura Loft in Bishan.
- In Non-Mature Estates, the highest transacted price is achieved at $1,198,000 by a 5 Room Premium Apartment Loft unit at Punggol Sapphire.
- In September 2022, there are 45 HDB resale flats transacted for at least $1,000,000, which is the record high number in a single month.

The number of million-dollar flats sold comprise 1.7% of the total resale volumes in the month.

Kallang/Whampoa records seven million-dollar flats sold in the month, followed by Bishan and Bukit Merah with six units while Ang Mo Kio records five units. The rest of the million-dollar flats come from Toa Payoh, Clementi, Central Area, Tampines, Queenstown, Woodlands, Serangoon, Hougang, Pasir Ris, Punggol, Bukit Timah and Geylang.
