November 2021 rents climb 1.1% from October 2021. CCR, RCR and OCR rents increase by 1.1%, 1.8% and 0.4% respectively.
- Year-on-year, overall rents increase by 10.0% from November 2020.
- Year-on-year, rents in CCR, RCR and OCR increase by 10.7%, 9.1% and 10.1% respectively.
- Rents are down 7.9% from the peak in January 2013.
- Volumes increase by 1.8% month-on-month. An estimated 4,696 units are rented in November 2021 as compared to 4,612 units rented in October 2021.
- Year-on-year, rental volumes are 1.7% higher.
- Volumes are 9.5% higher than the 5-year average volume for the month of November.
- Breaking down by regions, in November 2021, 39.6% of the total volumes are from OCR, 30.7% from RCR and 29.7% from CCR.
B. HDB Rental Market
- November 2021 HDB rents increase by 0.8% from October 2021. Mature and Non-Mature Estates rents increase by 1.2% and 0.4% respectively. 3 Room, 4 Room, 5 Room and Executive rents increase by 0.4%, 0.6%, 1.4% and 0.7% respectively.
- Year-on-year, overall rents increase by 9.2%.
- Year-on-year, Mature Estates and Non-Mature Estates rents increase by 9.1% and 9.3% respectively.
- Year-on-year, all room types record rent increases: 3 Room by 9.2%, 4 Room by 8.3%, 5 Room by 10.5% and Executive rents by 7.8%.
- Rents are down 5.4% from the peak in August 2013.
- Volumes increase by 2.6% month-on-month. An estimated 1,792 HDB flats are rented in November 2021 compared to 1,746 units in October 2021.

Volumes are 5.7% lower than the 5-year average volume for the month of November.

Breaking down by room types, in November 2021, 36.6% of the total volumes are from 4 Room, 35.0% from 3 Room, 21.9% from 5 Room and 6.4% from Executive.
