1. CCR and RCR prices increase by 0.5% and 0.8%, while OCR prices decrease by 0.5% in September 2020. According to the SRX Price Index for Condo Resale:
- Month-on-month, overall prices increase by 0.1% over August 2020.
- Year-on-year, overall prices increase by 0.1% over September 2019.
- In terms of regions, year-on-year, RCR and OCR prices increase by 1.0% and 1.2% respectively while CCR prices decrease by 4.0%.
- Volumes are 62.8% higher than in September 2019, and 64.5% higher than the 5-year average volumes for the month of September.
- Breaking down by regions, in September 2020, 56.4% of the volumes are from OCR, 25.3% from RCR and 18.3% from OCR.
- In RCR, the highest transacted price is a unit at Camelot By-The-Water resold for $5.1 million.
- In OCR, the highest transacted price is a unit at The Trilinq resold for $4.8 million.
- District 15 (East Coast / Marine Parade) and District 21 (Clementi Park / Upper Bukit Timah) posted the highest median T- O-X at POSITIVE $10,000, followed by District 22 (Boon Lay / Jurong / Tuas) at POSITIVE $8,000 T-O-X.
- District 26 (Mandai / Upper Thomson) posted the lowest median T-O-X at NEGATIVE $13,800, followed by District 2 (Chinatown / Tanjong Pagar) and District 4 (Sentosa / Harbourfront) at NEGATIVE $10,000.
- T-O-X data only include districts with more than 10 resale transactions with X-Value.
