我与丈夫最近刚购买了新加坡组屋。一谈到在新加坡购买政府组屋第一个印象就是“不简单！”。过程确实不简单，有很多细节得注意。所以对外行人的我来说，凭清一位房屋经纪是必然的。所以，通过朋友的推荐，我认识了来自Era的房屋经纪---Po-Yu小姐。
Po-Yu小姐是一位非常随和且拥有资深经验的房屋经纪。除此以外，Po-Yu本人非常有耐性而且处事也很细心。她会很详细的和我们解释一切的房屋买卖手续，然后也不断的和我们更新一切相关资料，好让我们第一时间掌握现状。就因为她对工作的认真与热诚，所以我们买房子的过程才能顺利地完成。
