Super-host friendly landlord! We are warm to all ethnicities and cultures and over the years have hosted people from many parts of the world, Germany, France, USA, New Zealand, Australia, India, Philippines, Singapore etc.
We live in a serene estate near amenities: a large park is just outside our house, and a supermarket, gym and 2 petrol stations are 600 meters away. A larger mall (with doctors, dentists, barbers, MacDonalds, food courts more supermarkets) is about 10 minutes’ walk away.
Great safety, I often walk around the park and estate at 2am and it has been perfectly safe for the last 20 years since I’ve lived here.
