Common room ($1350.00) n master bedroom ($1900) which is able to accommodate single person in an co living environment is available for rental
No staying with landlord.
Cooking and visitor are allowed
Rental inclusive:
- wifi
- Weekly cleaning services
- Utilities covered up to $400 (Excess amount share and bear by number of tenants in the house)
- Customer service via App
Additionally borne by the tenant:
- $50 maintenance fee monthly on top of rent (covers aircon and minor repair cost, bed and wardrobe not covered so ensure to check before moving in)
- Stamp duty (0.004 x Rent x No. of months) one time
- Admin fee $50 one time + moving out cleaning fee $30 one time
Things to take note:
- 7 days warranty period for your room
- Total 6 rooms in the unit, co-living shared space concept
If interested to take up the room, to place a non-refundable booking fee of $300. (A portion of the security deposit (SD) paid in advance. After signing agreement will transfer the SD balance. Upon move in will collect 1 month rental.)
Should you terminate the lease prior expiry date , you need to compensate the prorated commission paid by landlord to the agent .
First come first serve, booking fee can be placed anytime.
