F) *Queen size bed/2 single beds, 2 tables, 2 chairs, mattress & 2 pillows with protectors, *bookshelf, *2 fans, *cupboard, wardrobe, *long mirror, 2 boxes, *bike exerciser/foot massager, sun block windows, soundproof door, air freshener & sanitiser.
G) *Fridge, microwave oven, grill, toaster, cooker, kettle, water heater & iron provided.
H) *Free wifi, electricity, water, Landlord will provide extras service for Tenant like do their Laundry, room tidying, sweeping, moping & disinfecting.
Cooking allowed but no beef or mutton.
