Additionally borne by the tenant:
- $50 aircon fee monthly on top of rent (covers aircon servicing, top up of gas if needed, chemical washing if needed) n minor repairs maintenance
- Stamp duty (0.004 x Rent x No. of months) paid to government IRAS
- Admin fee $50 ( one time ) n one time

Room can only be reserved for 2-3 days using the non-refundable reservation fee.
Should you terminate the lease earlier than the fixed term , one month deposit will be forfeited and liable for the prorated agent commission paid by landlord
