Include wifi and utilities
2K all-in wifi and utilities (landlord has a data for individual usage if increases over time he wil re-charge - but as of now he has not recharge anything to tenant)
Aircon services provided (every 4 month once - could be chemical or normal service)
Basic cleaning provided (If tenant not a very private person, I will ask cleaner to do basic cleaning every 1-2 month) - but not hotel standard and micro cleaning, meaning tenant has to do basic clearing of rubbish, wash their own Utensils and wash their own cloth, etc
Basic cleaning for example: wipe the dust on the ceiling fan, wipe the window, wipe the kitchen top, clean and wipe toilet, mop the floor, inside cabinet if instructed.
Tenants need to report any spoil or damaged fixed asset and keep unit neat and air the room as much as possible π
