Even though Duxton is a massive compound, there's not many units which are 5 room and with such view. This unit has the same as the #42-13 which was just sold for $1.232m. Only block 1B and 1C certain units have that view and corner unit and 5 room. Only block 1B and 1C has CBD and Chinatown view. 1A only has Chinatown view plus the downside is it can see the hospitals and mortuary. 1D is tilted CBD view but it's above the restaurant which some people might mind the smell.
