Coco Palms is a large, mixed development located in Pasir Ris Grove in District 18. Its 944 residential units range from 1 bed flats all the way up to 5 bed apartments and penthouses, and include 3 and 4 bed dual key configurations. As well as a very good range of facilities on site, and 6 retail units, Coco Palms is just an 8-minute walk from Pasir Ris MRT Station on the East West Line. That is also the location of the modern White Sands Mall with its shopping and dining options, and a bus interchange. The MRT Station is located in the White Sands Mall, meaning residents of Coco Palms have a good choice of retail and dining options a short walk or even shorter bus ride from home. There are bus stops right outside the development. The bus interchange is in the same location as the mall and MRT station. For drivers, the TPE is very close, making access to other parts of the island straightforward. Of course, Coco Palms is located in Pasir Ris which is – in Singapore terms anyway – relatively a long way from most other areas of the island.
