View at Kismis is a brand new 5-storey high condominium in the Lorong Kismis area / Toh Yi Drive area off Upper Bukit Timah Road. Its immediate surrounding is a predominantly private residential estate, comprising an almost equal mix of landed houses and low-rise condominiums.
