The Plaza at Beach Road is developed by Del Webb International.
It was opened officially in November 1971. The hotel project also has a 35 Storey block.
It was then acquired by a subsidiary of United overseas land in the early 1980s. The tower block was subsequently converted to service apartments and the hotel was later renamed the Plaza Hotel in November 1982.
The Plaza at beach road has offices, retail shops as well as private home residences.
It is centrally located within walking distance to Bugis Mrt station and
Nicoll Highway station.
